Do You Have a Positive Mindset? 3 Elements to a Positive Mindset.

A powerful mindset can be the difference between success and mediocrity.   When you are in control of your thoughts and actions the universe conspires with you to help make your thoughts and actions a reality.

People that are always positive and working towards the positive outcomes are rewarded with positive efforts. People that are constantly negative and look for reason why things will not work are rewarded with negativity.

I have found 3 elements that have helped my mindset.  When I am focusing and working all 3 elements my world has unlimited possibilities.  As soon as I fail to incorporate these 3 actions into my life I can instantly feel a shift in my personal being.  What are these 3 actions?

1.    Exercise. 

Exercise is a critical component of my life. I am a runner and when I do not run I just do not feel right.   Time and time again the more I exercise the better I feel. Exercise makes me more positive and productive.   Take a simple 30-minute walk one morning and see what it does to your day.

2.    Abundance

Finding Abundance and eliminating scarcity is a critical element to having a positive mindset. Practicing abundance in all things is incredibly tough.  You cannot just focus on work either when it comes to abundance.  All aspects of life need to have an abundant thought patterns. Life, work, family, and finances.

3.    Know your Why

Its critical to know why you are doing what ever it is you are looking to achieve.  You need a clear direction to be heading in each day. When you lose focus of your why it’s easy to get derailed during the tough days.

I personally believe that if you master all 3 elements each day you can achieve unlimited potential.
